We at Sabot Miniatures are proud to say we served in the US military. In addition, Sabot Miniatures is disabled veteran owned and has strong ties to our wounded warriors. In that spirit of giving back to our brothers and sisters who served and continue to serve, we would like to start an initiative to donate products to Models for Troops. The Models for Troops organization donates kits, brushed, paints and various modeling supplies to service members that have suffered PTSD, traumatic brain injury or other service related injuries.
What we would like to do is very simple. We offer up painted kits in a silent auction format. We collect the proceeds from the auction and use them to purchase modeling products. These products will then be donated to the Models for Troops organization. In this way, all proceeds collected will be donated to help our wounded veterans in their new mission to heal and rehabilitate.
Rules:
The way this works, we will announce a start and end date.
We will display the starting bid and subsequent leading bids of at least $20.00.
We will not publish the identity of the leading bids and will not publish the identity of the winner (s) without permission.
Once the auction is over, we will contact the winner and arrange for delivery or shipment.
